Valador, an information Architecture company, helping customers create a structured, actionable information environment and information flow.

Valador, Inc. is a Verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Founded in the summer of 2001, Valador started as a company specializing in information architectures for civil and military space operations, telemetry, and command, control, and communications.  Our practice has since expanded to encompass more comprehensive information architecture support, including:

Modeling and Simulation

Evaluating alternatives, assessing risk and reliability, developing M&S tools that facilitate collaboration and visualization of simulation results.

Information system security, critical infrastructure protection, IT security assessment, contingency planning, and crisis training and management.

Valador has a solid history of strong business processes based on industry best practices and quality-related credentials. In 2009 Valador achieved certification in the world’s first international standard for IT Service Management, ISO 20000. In addition, Valador is appraised at Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI V1.2 DEV). Valador is now one of only nine Verified SDVOSBs to be appraised at CMMI ML 3, and one of only three appraised at CMMI ML 3 and certified in ISO 20000. Valador’s Project Managers are all trained on and follow PMI Best Practices and are PMP certified. Valador’s quality processes are based on CMMI, ISO 20000, PMI best practices, and lessons learned.

As Valador grows, our emphasis remains focused on management and development of information architectures for service delivery. We continue to develop advanced modeling and simulation, decision support, and information management capabilities to support complex programs.
